Reinstall on the same phone<\/h2>\n

For example after deleting the eSIM by mistake or resetting the phone:<\/p>\n

  1. Open your eSIM email or My account > My eSIMs<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Install it again exactly as the first time: one-tap install, the QR code or the manual install code (LPA). See the guides for iPhone<\/a> and Android<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  3. Bought in the TraveleSIM app<\/a>? Open the eSIM there and tap Get help<\/strong> to find the reinstall link.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Moving to a new phone<\/h2>\n

    This is not possible. Once an eSIM has been installed or activated, it stays bound to that phone and cannot be transferred or reissued for another phone. If you change phone, buy a new eSIM<\/a> for the new phone.<\/p>\n

    Tip: if you plan to change phone before your trip, wait and install the eSIM on the new phone.<\/p>\n

    Can I use one eSIM on two phones?<\/h2>\n
