Work through these steps in order. Most issues are solved by the first three.<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Is the country included?<\/strong> Make sure your plan covers the country you are in.<\/li>\n
  2. Is the eSIM selected for data?<\/strong> In your SIM settings, the TraveleSIM eSIM must be turned on and chosen for Mobile data<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Is data roaming on for the eSIM?<\/strong> Travel eSIMs always roam, so data roaming must be on for this line.<\/li>\n
  4. Restart<\/strong> your phone, or turn Airplane mode on for 30 seconds and off again.<\/li>\n
  5. Choose the network manually.<\/strong> Turn off automatic network selection and pick one of the operators listed under Network in your plan details.<\/li>\n
  6. Check the APN.<\/strong> Most phones set it automatically. If not, enter the APN shown in your order details or in My eSIMs (iPhone: Settings > Mobile Data > your eSIM > Mobile Data Network).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
