  1. Use a stable internet connection.<\/strong> The eSIM downloads over Wi-Fi or mobile data during installation.<\/li>\n
  2. Scan from another screen.<\/strong> A phone cannot scan a QR code shown on its own screen; use one-tap install or the manual code instead.<\/li>\n
  3. Try the manual install code (LPA)<\/strong> from your email or My eSIMs<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  4. Check the phone is unlocked.<\/strong> A message such as “This code is no longer valid” or “Cellular plan cannot be added” often means a carrier lock, or that the eSIM is already installed on another phone.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
