Try these steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Check your remaining data<\/strong> in My eSIMs<\/a> or the app.<\/li>\n
  2. Turn off your VPN.<\/strong> A VPN, or iCloud Private Relay on iPhone, sends your traffic through extra servers that may be far away. Test the speed without it.<\/li>\n
  3. Stop background downloads.<\/strong> App updates, photo backups and cloud sync running in the background share your connection. Turn on Low Data Mode or Data Saver: how to save data<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  4. Allow 4G\/5G.<\/strong> In the eSIM settings, check that the network mode allows 4G\/LTE and 5G, not 3G only.<\/li>\n
  5. Try another operator.<\/strong> Select one of the other networks listed in your plan details manually.<\/li>\n
  6. Restart the phone<\/strong> or toggle Airplane mode.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
