A small processing fee may apply.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Installed<\/strong>: we first help you troubleshoot. If we find a technical fault, we refund. Contact us early: requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Not refundable<\/strong>: expired eSIMs, and installed eSIMs not used for personal reasons such as changed travel plans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Refunds go back to the original payment method.
