Sigue estos pasos en orden. Los tres primeros resuelven la mayor\u00eda de los problemas.<\/p>\n

  1. \u00bfEst\u00e1 incluido el pa\u00eds?<\/strong> Comprueba que tu plan cubra el pa\u00eds en el que est\u00e1s.<\/li>\n
  2. \u00bfEst\u00e1 la eSIM elegida para los datos?<\/strong> En los ajustes de SIM, la eSIM de TraveleSIM debe estar activada y elegida para los datos m\u00f3viles<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. \u00bfEst\u00e1 activada la itinerancia de datos para la eSIM?<\/strong> Las eSIM de viaje siempre est\u00e1n en itinerancia, as\u00ed que la itinerancia de datos debe estar activada para esta l\u00ednea.<\/li>\n
  4. Reinicia<\/strong> el tel\u00e9fono, o activa el modo avi\u00f3n durante 30 segundos y desact\u00edvalo.<\/li>\n
  5. Elige la red manualmente.<\/strong> Desactiva la selecci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica de red y elige uno de los operadores indicados en Red, en los detalles del plan.<\/li>\n
  6. Comprueba el APN.<\/strong> La mayor\u00eda de los tel\u00e9fonos lo configuran solos. Si no, introduce el APN que aparece en los detalles del pedido o en Mis eSIM (iPhone: Ajustes > Datos m\u00f3viles > tu eSIM > Red de datos m\u00f3viles).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
