Reinstalar no mesmo telem\u00f3vel<\/h2>\n

Por exemplo, depois de apagar a eSIM por engano ou de repor o telem\u00f3vel:<\/p>\n

  1. Abra o e-mail da eSIM ou A minha conta > As minhas eSIM<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Instale-a de novo tal como da primeira vez: com um toque, com o c\u00f3digo QR ou com o c\u00f3digo de instala\u00e7\u00e3o manual (LPA). Veja os guias para iPhone<\/a> e Android<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  3. Comprou na aplica\u00e7\u00e3o TraveleSIM<\/a>? Abra a\u00ed a eSIM e toque em Get help<\/strong> para encontrar a liga\u00e7\u00e3o de reinstala\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Mudar para um telem\u00f3vel novo<\/h2>\n

    N\u00e3o \u00e9 poss\u00edvel. Depois de instalada ou ativada, a eSIM fica associada a esse telem\u00f3vel e n\u00e3o pode ser transferida nem reemitida para outro telem\u00f3vel. Se mudar de telem\u00f3vel, compre uma eSIM nova<\/a> para o novo telem\u00f3vel.<\/p>\n

    Dica: se pretende mudar de telem\u00f3vel antes da viagem, espere e instale a eSIM no telem\u00f3vel novo.<\/p>\n
