Siga estes passos por ordem. Os tr\u00eas primeiros resolvem a maioria dos problemas.<\/p>\n

  1. O pa\u00eds est\u00e1 inclu\u00eddo?<\/strong> Confirme que o seu plano cobre o pa\u00eds onde est\u00e1.<\/li>\n
  2. A eSIM est\u00e1 escolhida para os dados?<\/strong> Nas defini\u00e7\u00f5es de SIM, a eSIM TraveleSIM tem de estar ativa e escolhida para os dados m\u00f3veis<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. O roaming de dados est\u00e1 ativo para a eSIM?<\/strong> As eSIM de viagem est\u00e3o sempre em roaming, por isso o roaming de dados tem de estar ativo para esta linha.<\/li>\n
  4. Reinicie<\/strong> o telem\u00f3vel, ou ative o modo de voo durante 30 segundos e desative-o.<\/li>\n
  5. Escolha a rede manualmente.<\/strong> Desative a sele\u00e7\u00e3o autom\u00e1tica de rede e escolha um dos operadores indicados em Rede, nos detalhes do plano.<\/li>\n
  6. Verifique o APN.<\/strong> A maioria dos telem\u00f3veis configura-o automaticamente. Caso contr\u00e1rio, introduza o APN indicado nos detalhes da encomenda ou em As minhas eSIM (iPhone: Defini\u00e7\u00f5es > Dados m\u00f3veis > a sua eSIM > Rede de dados m\u00f3veis).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
